THE 1905 BARN
Our rustic two-story barn is perfect for a casual gathering of any kind, including weddings, receptions, class reunions, company picnics, barn dances, graduation parties etc.
The capacity is 175 (approx. 90 per story). Table and chair set-up is provided. Dates are available May through October.
(4 hour minimum)
Wedding Reception Rate: Saturday rate $1,000.00 (9 am -12 am)
Licensed caterer of your choice required for food and alcohol.
MIDWAY COMMUNITY CHURCH
Midway Community Church (circa 1883) is ideal for a wedding, baptism and any religious occasion. Clergy and Music not included.
Capacity: 75 (original pews). Dates available March-Nov.
(2 hour minimum on weekends)
MIDWAY VILLAGE GROUNDS
Rental of our beautiful grounds for your wedding ceremony/reception or company picnic will be $500 and you must supply tent, tables and chairs.

THE CHAMBERLAIN HOTEL
(c.1860) is ideal for a bridal or baby shower, rehearsal dinner, banquet, reception, meeting or lecture. The hotel includes a parlor, dining room, restrooms, and kitchen facility.
Table and chair set-up is provided. Capacity: 40. Dates available year round.
Cost: Week Days: $35.00/hour (2 hour minimum)
Week Nights/Week Ends: $35.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
Additional hours at $25.00
Located in the Village, the Gazebo provides a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding or entertainment venue.
Renter is responsible for chair rental.
Cost: $175.00 for 3 hours
THE LAKEVIEW ROOMS
Located in the Museum Center, are ideal for a banquet, wedding reception, anniversary party, meeting or lecture. The rooms overlook The Millhouse on “Lake Severin.”
Capacity: 200 for round table seating, less for classroom seating. Table and chair set-up provided. Licensed caterer of your choice required for food and alcohol.
Cost: Sunday thru Friday: $50.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
Saturdays & Wedding Receptions: $1,000.00 (9am-midnight)
Special meeting/seminar half day and full day rates available.
